I would like to share my positive experience with Century 21 Hosking Real Estate and the efforts of Pete and Zack Torrey and their associate Mark Wilson. I have known Pete since 1978 when I worked for a printer who had purchased a home through him. I came to know Pete and Zack on a more personal level in 2004, when I became their contact for printing of the monthly newsletters.

Last year, my wife and I decided to open our open printing company and asked Pete, Zack and Mark for their advice and assistance in obtaining a commercial building. The situation was dynamic as we were evaluating buying the existing business I worked at and continuing with that lease, purchasing a commercial building or leasing a new facility. At each step of the way, the team of Pete, Zack and Mark offered the advice and guidance to help in our evaluation of each alternative, based upon the changing dynamics of the situation. Ultimately we started a new printing operation from scratch and obtained a lease on a commercial building in Concord, in what I believe is an ideal location for our business in quality Business Park.

The experience with this team was amazing in that they displayed an understanding of what we needed, the price range budgeted and a sense of urgency to get us into a building. I was particularly pleased and impressed with the level of communication that took place on a daily basis and the lengths they went to in making sure we found the best situation in filling our needs. I also realized in this process that I had a top notch team, as the commercial leasing agents we were dealing with did not display the qualities I was getting from Pete, Zack and Mark.

I would highly recommend Pete, Zack and Mark for a commercial or residential real estate transaction. The professional manner this team delivered set a standard I will hold up against any real estate office in the business.
